✦ When asking for a slot, please make sure to be clear with what you'd like to receive and answer all questions to the best of your ability!! If you have no direct form of design for the character, a customs fee will be added for the artist's interpretation of what you desire.

✦ Please respond quickly and concisely when I message you back about your commission! Failure to do so within 5 days may result in receiving a refund/getting blacklisted after I've bumped you a certain amount of times.

✦ Full refunds may only be requested if I have not yet started your piece. If I have started your piece, I will finish it!✦ Do NOT opt for a Paypal chargeback. These are used when a buyer wants to refund possibly fraudulent or unauthorized material, which puts my job at risk.

✦ Opting for a PayPal chargeback will get you blacklisted from ever ordering from me again. Consult the artist first, and you will receive all of your money back! However, as stated before, If I have already started your piece, you cannot request a refund.

USAGE TERMS

✦ Always credit the artist (crytterz) when posting online. Make sure this element is fairly visible to avoid any conflict. This includes picture posts, public profile photos, and banners on any public platform. Credit is not required for personal use, such as a personal profile picture, printed copy, etcetera.No credit is needed for personal profile pictures; such as a photo on discord, spotify, steam, pinterest etc. However, on more public sites such as twitter, tumblr, or intagram, the artist (@crytterz) must be tagged and/or credited visibly. If you are unsure whether to credit or not on a specific site, don't be afraid to ask me! :-)

✦ Asking for the fully watermarked (patterned) version of your art piece is optional, as it prevents theft online if you choose to post it- But this is solely up to you if you want to take this precaution!✦ Any physical use of your commission is okay! Feel free to print your artwork as a poster, sticker, keychain, whatever! As long as you are not selling the content without the artist's consent, physical production is a-okay!

✦ If you'd like to use the art for ADVERTISING, please talk to the artist. Monetary gain is not authorized unless discussed with me thoroughly. An upfront advertisement fee and/or royalties apply for commercial uses (i.e. selling shirts, posters, stickers, or any other physical item).

✦ Never remove my signature! You may ask for it to be placed somewhere else, but do not use that to your advantage of removal. You will be blacklisted.

✦ I WILL NOT DRAW heavy gore or excessive mech / machinery.✦ I WILL DRAW human(oid) figures, anthro + feral animals, candy gore/light gore, and NSFW. I reserve the right to decline any NSFW piece request I am uncomfortable with or deem outside of my morals. No "feral" NSFW ever; nor will I make such pieces of characters who appear childish in nature.NSFW commissions are subject to a 50% price increase.

✦ I reserve the right to decline/suddenly cancel a commission order and issue your refund!

✦ The artwork you have been given still retains all rights among the artist. I may continue to post it online, attach it to a portfolio, use it in advertising, etc UNLESS you have paid for an NDA or privacy permissions.

✦ If the piece is finished, you may ask for 3 small revisions before it starts costing money. However, errors on my end (such as a missing stripe on a character) are free. Big revision costs are up to the artist!PAYMENT

✦ Payment is issued UPFRONT! If you require a payment plan for bigger pieces, contact me through email, discord, or VGen; we can work something out! :-)

✦ Do not ask if I take in-game or app currency such as Robux, DeviantArt points, etc UNLESS i have specifically asked for it!ㅤ
TURNAROUND TIME

✦ My estimated turnaround time is ~2-18 weeks, give or take. Smaller pieces will likely be delivered within the ~2-6 week window, whereas larger, more time consuming pieces will teeter closer to the 6-18 week delivery window. You may request a refund within this time if I have not started your artwork!!

DEADLINES

✦ The earliest deadline requests I accept are within 14+ days. You cannot ask for a piece to be done in less than two weeks, but you can in 2 weeks or more! The added price for a deadline is dictated by how close the date is to the day you purchased the request.

EXAMPLE: Receiving your art piece in 2 weeks would cost more than receiving it in 3 or 4 weeks!
ㅤRECEIVING

✦ Your drawing may be delivered via Discord, Drive file, or VGen submissions in order to retain its quality. Delivery via Discord or VGen works just as well as Drive; You can open the file in an external browser and download the full resolution.
